Private-client work here is usually tied to a business or to land. The will is one document in a larger set: who votes the shares, who may live in the house, and what happens if a child works in the company and another does not.
We prepare wills and trusts, advise on gifts of interests in family companies, and coordinate the South Carolina and Virginia pieces when property or relatives sit in both states.
A plan is a set of decisions. The binder is only the record of them. We write down the decisions the family has actually made, and we say when a draft would create a fight rather than prevent one.
