Claire Brennan joined the Richmond office in 2017. She works with Margaret Hale on private-client matters, drafting the wills and trusts that have to match the company's governing documents.
Her files often include beneficiaries or property in both states. She writes for the person who will have to use the document, and she flags a draft that would leave the family with a dispute.
