James Whitaker joined Crown Hill in 2008 from a litigation practice in Columbia. He handles civil disputes for the firm's business and property clients, and he is the lawyer who says whether a file should be tried.
He appears in the state and federal courts of South Carolina. The first weeks of a matter are spent on the documents and on a short account of what the client would gain by continuing.
